hygiene standards dramatic service

I visited the ice cream shop. a staff member sneezed into his hands. He prepared to serve customers WITHOUT washing. The staff lacked proper hygiene I thought. It was quite concerning. The hotel needs maintenance and staff training. It was A dramatic service decline. Breakfast service felt transactional. Staff seemed motivated only by positive reviews.

The location is very central.. it made exploring nearby attractions easy. rooms were spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff maintained them well. i found the breakfast at cafe market excellent, with many diverse food options and attentive service.

The room had wood-panelled decor. The ensuite included marble. I found a massive selection of sweet and savoury foods during breakfast.. fruit and pastries were also available. The staff always seemed ready to help.

The pool area showed some signs of needing maintenance.
